Linen and cleaning

Off-season, the end-of-stay cleaning fee carried out after your departure, is included in the price.

Bed linen and towels are not provided by default. They can be added upon prior request (flat fee of €300 for the entire stay, regardless of the number of guests). If you do not choose this option, please bring your own sheets and towels.

Check-in / Check-out

- July & August: check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out before 10:00 am (Saturday to Saturday). During the low season, flexible hours may be arranged upon request, subject to the property’s availability and, if applicable, an additional fee.

Rates

Rates vary depending on the season, selected dates and length of stay.

- Weekly stays: from €2,500 to €7,000 (depending on the season)

During the off-season (from September 1st to June 30th), preferential rates are offered for stays of one week (7 nights) or longer, subject to the period and availability.

- Weekends or short stays (minimum 2 nights): from €850 to €1,900

- Tourist tax: €2.61 per adult per night (minors are exempt)

Swimming pool

- Pool open from April 15th to October 15th

- Optional pool heating to 26°C: €20/day. A minimum flat fee of €120 applies, covering the 3-day pre-heating period, the pool technician’s intervention and weekend days.

A nearby 27-hole golf course will delight golf lovers.

Numerous cycling paths wind through the Landes forest, between ocean and lakes, all the way to Arcachon for the more adventurous.
