Outside JULY/AUGUST, end-of-stay cleaning included (250 €) but supply of household linen is "optional" (€300 package including sheets and 1 bath towel per person). Linen left on beds

Authorised events: gatherings of family or friends, birthdays. Events may not be organised without my prior agreement. Significant noise pollution is not permitted due to the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.

The pool can be heated for a supplement of €20 per day. The amount takes into account the length of your stay and 3 days of ‘warming up’ before your arrival at a temperature of around 26° (minimum 120 €)

Baby equipment available: 1 wooden cot, 1 travel cot and 1 high chair

Pets are welcome

Access for travellers: Arrival from 16:00 and departure before 10:00

For security reasons, 3 external cameras are installed around the house.

Minimum rental of 7 nights in summer, from Saturday to Saturday

Weekly rates: Min €2,400 to Max €7,500. Weekend or weekly rates (minimum 2 days): €1,200 to €2,000

A written holiday rental contract will be sent to you by email with the standard terms and conditions. Certificate of holiday liability insurance to be provided by email before moving in

Tourist tax : 2,61€ per adult per night. Minors are exempted.
