Linen and cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
July and August: bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon arrival.
Outside the peak season: linen is not provided. You may bring your own or choose the optional linen package available for €275 per stay. Linen will be placed on the beds.

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am.
- In the low season, adjustments to these times may be considered upon prior request and subject to availability. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be guaranteed, especially on days with a same-day arrival or departure.
- Guests have full access to the entire villa as well as the pool house (excluding the wood storage area).
Security & Peaceful Environment
- Fully fenced property
- 3 outdoor security cameras (access paths and rear/pool area) intended to secure the surroundings of the house.
- 6 smoke detectors and 2 fire extinguishers.
- Quiet residential neighborhood: parties and loud events are not permitted.
Rates
Rates vary depending on the season, selected dates and length of stay.
- Weekly stays: from €2,400 to €7,000
During the off-season (from September 1st to June 30th), preferential rates are offered for stays of one week (7 nights) or longer
- Weekends or short stays (minimum 2 nights): from €800 to €1,600
- Tourist tax: €2.61 per adult per night (minors are exempt)
Swimming pool
- Pool open from April to October
Heated pool (~26°C) available on request. Flat rate of €120 for a 2-night stay, including 3 days of pre-heating before arrival. Then €20 per additional night (e.g. 3 nights : €140).

Some equipment is not available for guests to use: the fireplace, piano, and dryer.
Just steps from the house, enjoy the ocean for surfing, kitesurfing or swimming. The Biscarrosse lakes also offer a wide range of water activities, while a 27-hole golf course and numerous cycle paths through the Landes forest are nearby. The more adventurous can even cycle all the way to Arcachon.

Manual safety cover compliant with NF P90-308 safety standards. The pool is for guests’ exclusive use and is not supervised. The safety system must never be disabled or made inoperative. For safety reasons, diving and jumping are not permitted.

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: all payments refunded, except the deposit. Less than 60 days before arrival: the full rental amount remains due.
Security deposit: €2,000 by uncashed cheque or bank transfer, refunded within 15 days after departure if no damage is found.
Pets: additional €200 security deposit, refunded within 15 days provided all pet hair and waste have been removed.
Booking confirmed upon signature of the rental agreement and payment of the deposit.
